Job summary

EmpireOneCX is seeking a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to transform raw photos and footage from our global teams into polished content for marketing, social media, training, customer experience initiatives, and business reviews.

You will edit and assemble short- and long-form videos, apply color grading and sound, create graphics for various channels, and adapt content for different platforms while collaborating with marketing and CX teams to deliver campaign-ready content.

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to turn raw photos and footage from our global teams into polished content for marketing, social media, training, customer experience initiatives, and business reviews.

In this role, you will:

• Edit and assemble short- and long-form video content.
• Apply color grading, sound, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Create static and animated graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Adapt content for different digital platforms and formats.
• Work with the marketing and customer experience teams to develop creative concepts and deliver campaign-ready content.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards.

Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, graphic design, communications, or a related field is preferred.
