Job summary

Big Brains Learning is seeking a creative Video Editor to produce professional educational videos for online courses. The role supports remote, part-time work with flexible hours, allowing you to showcase editing, storytelling, and visual presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Filmora 14, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, a strong sense of pacing and storytelling, and the ability to add text overlays and subtitles. A portfolio is preferred.

Salary

Salary : 80K to 90K

Responsibilities

• Edit recorded educational videos for online courses.
• Improve audio quality and synchronize audio/video.
• Remove mistakes, pauses, and unnecessary footage.
• Create attractive thumbnails and short promotional clips (when required).
• Maintain consistent branding across all videos.
• Deliver projects within deadlines.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience with video editing software such as Filmora 14, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual presentation.
• Ability to add text overlays, subtitles, and simple animations.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Portfolio or sample work is preferred.
