Job summary

Adlance, a Lahore-based digital marketing agency, is hiring a Video Editor to join the in-house creative team in DHA Phase 5. You will edit short-form social videos and longer campaign pieces, managing assembly, colour, sound, graphics, and export for each platform.

Requirements include 3+ years editing professionally and strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects. On-site, Monday–Friday, 1 PM–10 PM, with a showreel demonstrating range.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video for social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Cut longer pieces: campaign films, appeal videos, event recaps, testimonials.
• Handle the full post pipeline: assembly, colour, sound, graphics, titles and export for each platform.
• Work from briefs and storyboards, and take feedback through review rounds with the creative team.
• Turn around edits to client deadlines across a UK-hours workday.

We are hiring a Video Editor to join our in-house creative team in DHA Phase 5, Lahore.

What you will do

• Edit short-form video for social, including Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, as the core of the role
• Cut longer pieces: campaign films, appeal videos, event recaps and testimonials
• Handle the full post pipeline: assembly, colour, sound, graphics, titles and export for each platform
• Work from briefs and storyboards, and take feedback through review rounds with the creative team
• Turn around edits to client deadlines across a UK-hours workday

What we are looking for

• 3+ years editing professionally, in an agency, production house or in-house team
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• A showreel that shows range, not one style repeated
• An eye for pacing and sound; knowing when a cut lands is most of this job
• Comfortable using AI tools in the workflow where they genuinely speed things up
• Able to work on-site in DHA Phase 5, 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday

Nice to have

• Motion graphics and animation
• Colour grading in DaVinci Resolve
• Some camera or lighting experience
• Experience with faith-sector or charity content

The details

• Rs 70,000 to Rs 150,000 per month, depending on experience
• Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 10 PM
