Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably short-form content.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop for assets.
• Proven ability to create fast-paced, retention-focused edits.
• Excellent understanding of jumps, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
• Strong skills in sourcing and using relevant B-roll.
• Advanced sound design including music, SFX, and audio synchronization.
• Good understanding of short-form content trends and English-language content.

• Good understanding of short‑form content trends and modern editing styles.


• Strong English language proficiency, including the ability to understand, interpret, and accurately edit English‑language content.
