Job Description

The Valuation Analyst will play a key role in the M&A & Consulting department, conducting comprehensive financial analysis, company valuations, and market research to support client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Conduct valuation analyses of privately held and publicly traded companies using income, market, and asset-based approaches.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, industry data, and market trends to develop informed valuation insights.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, valuation reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Collaborate with the M&A & Consulting team to support due diligence and transaction-related assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders to clarify project objectives and deliverables.
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance in all analyses and data sources used.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and professional standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, or ASA is a plus).
  • Strong financial analysis and valuation skills, with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with in a team.
