- Identify key user segments and select appropriate research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across App/Web touchpoints, creating personas, empathy maps, and affinity maps.
- Analyze behavioral data (click-paths, drop-offs, conversions) to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate “How-Might-We” statements and present findings through visual summaries, reports, and storytelling decks.
- Lead user testing sessions for low- and high-fidelity prototypes, capturing user sentiment, feedback, and task success metrics.
- Recommend UX improvements to enhance consistency, usability, and engagement across digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Designers throughout agile sprints to validate design hypotheses before and after product launches.
- Contribute to the organization’s design system documentation and ensure that research insights inform ongoing design and development efforts.
- Deliver high-quality research outputs, including research plans, discussion guides, usability reports, personas, journey insights, and UX recommendation decks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field.

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present insights clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations that improve user experience.
