Level3 BOS invites a skilled US Taxation Specialist to join our US Tax Department in Karachi. You will manage tax compliance activities, prepare and file US tax returns, and oversee payroll tax processes while meeting deadlines. Collaboration with our US-based corporate team is essential.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 3-4 years in US taxation, and strong English communication. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in US taxation, tax compliance, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with sales tax filings, payroll taxation, and tax form preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee tax compliance activities including preparation, review, and timely filing of US tax returns and other tax documents.
• Manage tax deposits, payment schedules and filing deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Examine financial records to identify credits, deductions, and tax-saving opportunities.
• Handle payroll tax activities for US clients in line with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare and maintain US tax forms (W-2, 1099, Forms 940/941) and sales tax filings.
• Stay updated on changes in US tax laws and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with US-based teams to resolve inquiries and address compliance concerns.
• Maintain organized tax records and ensure accurate documentation and archiving.
• Use ERP systems and advanced Excel to analyze data, reconcile, and generate reports.
