Job summary

ACE Properties is seeking an experienced Urban & Civil Works Draftsman to contribute to housing society planning and civil infrastructure drafting across Sarai Alamgir and Kharian. The role requires hands-on AutoCAD drafting and strong knowledge of planning standards.

You will prepare detailed town plans, road layouts, water and sewer networks, and use Google Earth for site analysis, while converting survey data into precise drawings and maintaining orderly records for IFC and working drawings.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Draftsmanship (DAE Civil mandatory).
• Experience: 3–5 years in housing societies / town planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed town planning drawings, subdivision / plotting layouts, and master plans.
• Draft road layouts, road profiles (L-Sections & X-Sections), and infrastructure networks.
• Prepare drawings for water supply, sewerage, and other civil works.
• Use Google Earth for site analysis, demarcation, and coordination with master plans.
• Convert rough sketches, survey data, and engineer instructions into AutoCAD drawings.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and proper filing of all IFC and working drawings.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Urban & Civil Works Draftsman with a strong background in housing society planning and civil infrastructure drafting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed town planning drawings, subdivision / plotting layouts, and master plans.
• Draft road layouts, road profiles (L-Sections & X-Sections), and infrastructure networks.
• Prepare drawings for water supply, sewerage, and other civil works.
• Use Google Earth for site analysis, demarcation, and coordination with master plans.
• Convert rough sketches, survey data, and engineer instructions into accurate AutoCAD drawings.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and proper filing of all IFC and working drawings.

Key Competencies

• Strong grip on AutoCAD drafting and accuracy.
• Understanding of housing society by laws and planning standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Draftsmanship (DAE Civil is mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience working in housing societies / town planning projects.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is a must).
• Strong command over Google Earth Pro for site marking, KML/KMZ handling, overlays, and area calculations.
• Hands-on experience in Road Profiles (L-Sections, X-Sections, Plan & Profile drawings).
• Experience in Societies Planning including plotting, road networks, infrastructure layout, and land demarcation.
• Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Google Earth Pro, MS Office. Knowledge of Civil 3D will be considered a plus.
