Key Responsibilities
  • Search and bid on relevant IT, design, and development projects daily.
  • Craft customized, winning proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients from initial inquiry to project closure.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates.
  • Track, manage, and report bidding performance, leads, and conversions.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in online bidding (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
