We are seeking a skilled and experienced Upwork Bidder Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in generating business through Upwork by writing professional proposals, communicating effectively with clients, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals to win projects.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and clarify doubts.
  • Negotiate pricing and timelines to secure projects profitably.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with capabilities.
  • Track and report daily bidding activity and conversion ratios.
Requirements
