Responsibilities

• Create and execute dessert menus that are both delicious and visually appealing.
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies and other desserts.
• Ensure all desserts are made to high-quality standards with attention to presentation.
• Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
• Train junior pastry chefs on techniques and recipes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert orders with main dishes.
