Job summary

NorthBay - Pakistan is seeking an experienced Unity Developer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on mobile apps using Unity and C#, targeting Android and iOS, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will design, develop, optimize, and deploy high-quality mobile applications, mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and ensure performance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience, with significant hands-on Unity experience.
• Strong proficiency in Unity 3D and C#.
• Extensive experience in mobile application development for Android and iOS.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, and platform specifics.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization, profiling, memory management, and debugging in Unity.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with mobile build and deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Unity and C#.
