Responsibilities

• Develop a go-to-market strategy tailored to the studio's unique style, goals, and resources.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and target audience behaviors.
• Work with existing marketing personnel to refine messaging, tone, and channel strategy.
• Support creative campaign development and execution planning across platforms.
• Work within an existing, large Unity codebase and extend gameplay features.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement in-game mechanics and systems.
• Maintain clean, well-documented code and contribute to technical discussions.
• Support rapid iteration and prototyping of gameplay systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing or GTM strategy, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
