Job summary

VisaWala.pk is seeking an experienced Umrah Sales & Operations Manager to independently handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, design customized Umrah packages, and manage the booking process from inquiry to confirmation.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales/lead conversion abilities, with experience coordinating with travel suppliers and proficiency in WhatsApp Business and basic CRM systems. Fluency in Urdu and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Umrah package sales, quotation preparation, or travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels, transportation, and Umrah travel arrangements.
• Ability to create customized Umrah packages independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and lead conversion abilities.
• Experience coordinating with travel suppliers and service providers.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and basic CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and quotations efficiently.
• Fluency in Urdu and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming Umrah inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
• Understand travel requirements and budgets; recommend suitable packages.
• Prepare accurate, detailed quotations and design customized packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport, and Umrah service providers.
• Check availability, negotiate supplier rates, and manage bookings.
• Maintain organized records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
