Job summary

Hybrid Mediaworks in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking a UI/UX Designer to gather user requirements, design UI elements, and build navigation components for web and mobile apps. You will work with product managers and engineers to translate concepts into intuitive interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on experience, a portfolio of design projects, proficiency with wireframe tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven work experience as UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (Wireframe.cc and InVision).
• Experience in video editing and graphic designing is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Create original graphic designs (images, sketches, tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
