Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Expert-level Figma skills, including auto layout and prototyping
• Solid understanding of usability and accessibility principles
• Ability to explain design decisions to non-designers

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Produce high-fidelity UI in Figma with a consistent component system
