Job description

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Khanpur. As a Typesetter you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and images for printing or digital publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Typeset text and images using layout software such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress or Microsoft Publisher
• Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with writers, editors and designers to create visually appealing layouts
• Format documents according to brand guidelines and style guides
• Prepare files for print or digital publication
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
• Proficiency in layout software such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress or Microsoft Publisher
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of typography, color theory and design principles
• Experience with typesetting languages other than English is a plus

This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
