We are in need of a passionate and dedicated Tutor to join our team in Multan. As a Tutor you will be responsible for providing one‑on‑one or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.

This role requires someone who is patient, knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct tutoring sessions based on individual students' needs.
• Assess students' learning styles and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Provide students with resources and materials to improve their understanding of the subject.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum.
• Develop study strategies and techniques to help students improve their academic performance.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in students.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Previous experience as a tutor or teacher preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability and ability to work with diverse groups of students.
• Strong knowledge of the subjects being tutored.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner.

Working Hours

This is a full‑time position with flexible working hours. However, some evening or weekend sessions may be required based on student availability.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location

This position is based in Multan, Pakistan. Candidates from other cities may also apply if they are willing to relocate at their own expense.
