You will manage a five-person treasury team, drive forecasting and budgeting, ensure compliance with financing agreements, and implement treasury systems to optimize working capital and safeguard assets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of treasury experience.
• Leadership of a five-person treasury team.
• Strong command of working capital facilities and long-term financing.
• Experience with letters of credit and bank guarantees.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage working capital facilities and long-term instruments to support business needs.
• Oversee subsidized financing schemes such as ERF, EFS, FE-25, LTFF, ensuring compliance and effective utilization.
• Supervise trade finance operations including letters of credit, import/export remittances, and bank guarantees.
• Monitor daily cash flow, FX exposures, interest rates, and develop hedging strategies to minimize risk.
• Develop relationships with banks, regulators, credit rating agencies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Structure, negotiate, and implement financing solutions aligned with financial goals.
• Manage asset valuation processes, insurance coverage, and short-term investments.
• Oversee security instruments against borrowings to ensure full coverage and risk mitigation.
• Lead treasury operations including import/export finance to support international trade.
• Ensure compliance with financing agreements, treasury policies, and local regulations.
• Prepare treasury reports and cash flow forecasts to aid decision making.
• Coordinate forecasting and budgeting tasks related to treasury.
