About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our travel management team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and a strong understanding of corporate or leisure travel processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services using GDS.
  • Provide accurate and timely travel quotations and itineraries to clients.
  • Advise clients on travel requirements, destinations, visa regulations, and travel insurance.
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and reissues as per client requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and negotiated supplier contracts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with airline schedules, fare rules, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in a travel agency or travel management company.
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
