  • Issue air tickets upon final itinerary confirmation and report transactions to the finance team.
  • Monitor airline queues in GDS for schedule changes and cancellations.
  • Track and manage ticketing time limits to avoid cancellations or fare increases.
  • Maintain and update passport details within booking records.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer profiles.
  • Arrange complimentary chauffeur services via airline websites, where applicable.
  • Verify fare conditions and ensure compliance with airline policies for changes or cancellations.
  • Check visa and travel regulations using TIMATIC to ensure entry/exit compliance.
  • Prepare and present quotations for domestic and international flight bookings.
