Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Textile Marketing Manager with expertise in home textiles, particularly towels and bathrobes, to lead marketing and business development efforts across EU, UK, and USA markets for our client. The role requires a strong background in international textile marketing, buyer management, and trade promotion, with the ability to craft effective strategies that increase exports, boost brand visibility, and expand global client networks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing and export strategies for towels, bathrobes, and other home textile products across international markets.
  • Identify and onboard new buyers, importers, distributors, and retailers in the EU, UK, and USA.
  • Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent sales growth and repeat business.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand global textile trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Lead participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings, representing the company and securing business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and buyer requirements.
  • Oversee digital and B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging online platforms such as LinkedIn, Alibaba, and trade portals.
  • Prepare and present marketing reports, sales forecasts, and strategy reviews for senior management.
  • Ensure all marketing activities maintain brand identity and compliance with export standards.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in textile marketing and export sales, preferably in home textiles (towels, bathrobes, or linens).
  • Strong understanding of international textile trade, including export documentation, pricing, and compliance.
  • Proven success in developing new markets and managing key accounts across EU, UK, and USA regions.
  • Experience in digital B2B marketing, trade fairs, and buyer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for international client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Textile Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and B2B marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and product development will be an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple international accounts.
