Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition.
  • Conduct cold calls for potential leads.
  • Responsible for conducting field visits in the assigned territory.
  • Communicate with established leads within the territory and develop rapport.
  • Achieving growth and sales targets by managing the sales and KPIs.
  • Ensure availability of all brands, packs, and SKUs.
  • Convert new accounts & retain existing customers.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns with the Trade Marketing team.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.
