A leading global hygiene and health company is seeking a Territory Manager in Rawalpindi Cantonment, Pakistan. This role focuses on delivering sales targets and managing distributor relationships. Territory Manager is the custodian for his/ her given territory (geographical domain, channel strata etc). Mainly responsible for delivery KPI & Secondary Sales Targets on a consistent basis in line with brand/trade plans. Responsible for managing distributor field force (Order Bookers), that they are working in line with company policies.
The position is based within the Field Sales division of the Reckitt Benckiser Country Sales Operations. The position is assigned a territory and forms external customer relationships through regular store visits. The Territory Manager reports to the Area Sales Manager, who reports into the Regional Sales Manager.
