Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Experience creating menus that appeal to diverse tastes and dietary restrictions.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement menu plans that align with our establishment's concept and budget
• Oversee all food preparation and ensure that dishes are consistently prepared to high quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to food safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Stay updated on current culinary trends and incorporate new techniques or dishes into menu offerings as appropriate
