Role summary

We’re hiring proactive telemarketing sales agents to cold call and pitch our services to businesses and decision-makers in target markets. You’ll use our scripts to generate interest, book qualified meetings, and hit conversion targets. If you’re confident on the phone, persistent, possess good communication skills, and hungry for growth and commission, join us.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to assigned lists and target accounts daily.
  • Use provided scripts to pitch Teleron’s services (Virtual Assistance, Sales Support, Back-Office, Automation, Digital Marketing).
  • Identify qualified leads using our qualification checklist, and book demos/meetings.
  • Log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Min. 3 months telemarketing / outbound B2B sales experience (preferred experience selling services).
  • Strong English (spoken) — clear, professional, and persuasive.
  • Comfortable working US business hours/night shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (Dialer, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Calendly).
  • Previous experience selling to US/UK clients.
