About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and articulate Technical Writer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high‑quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support our pre‑sales and business development efforts.

This position is ideal for candidates who have strong writing skills and a passion for technology, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear, client‑friendly content.

Over time, this role offers a growth path into a Pre‑Sales Consultant/Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pre‑sales managers, solution architects, and subject matter experts to gather technical and business inputs.
• Draft, edit, and format client proposals, technical approaches, and RFP responses.
• Develop and maintain reusable content, templates, and style guides for proposals and technical documents.
• Create diagrams, workflows, and visual aids to support written content.
• Ensure proposals are well‑structured, persuasive, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Support the creation of presentations, case studies, and capability documents for business development.
• Work closely with the pre‑sales team to reflect the value proposition and solution fit in proposals.
• Continuously improve documentation processes for efficiency and quality.

• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, Markdown, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
