Responsibilities

• Conducting discovery calls, establishment of connections, client qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Experience in Field marketing and establishing good PR with the clients or businesses who can be the targeted customers.
• The ideal candidate has to market and bring sales for our SaaS products. Follow up with customers and resolve issues.
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Explaining complex technical information to customers in an easily understandable way.
