Position Purpose
This role blends technical expertise, project leadership, and a strong sales mindset. The ideal candidate manages clients, aligns technical delivery with business goals, and confidently pitches solutions when needed. You’ll collaborate with clients, developers, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
Education & Professional Qualification
- Master or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but a certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager in the software industry.
- Fluency with English communication is a must; IELTS would be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from client onboarding and requirement gathering to delivery and post‑deployment support.
- Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, efficient execution, and on‑time delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams for solution scoping, estimations, and resource planning.
- Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for smoother project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance dashboards in tools such as Notion, Jira, or Trello.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to internal process and product improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical project management role, ideally within a software consultancy or product development team.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during project execution.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale projects on time and within budget, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and solution architecture.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.
- Strong documentation, estimation, and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, MS Office).
