Responsibilities

• Source and procure technical items, spare parts, machinery, and engineering services.
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings.
• Manage RFQs, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and vendor performance.
• Process Purchase Orders (PO), GRN, and invoice settlements in SAP S4 HANA.
• Monitor PR approvals, delivery timelines, and logistics coordination.
• Support production, engineering, facility management, and NPD/EPD projects.
• Maintain procurement analytics including cost optimization and supply risk assessment.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards.
