Qualifications

2+ years of technical or B2B writing with a portfolio.
Comfort interviewing engineers to elicit specifics.
Experience running a company's social accounts, planning, posting.
Editorial instinct to cut jargon and hype in favour of clarity.
Experience writing about AI, software engineering, or technical products.
Basic comfort with design or video tools (Figma, Canva, CapCut).

Responsibilities

Turn engineering work into case studies, blog posts, and product launches.
Interview engineers and clients to ground content in real work.
Plan and run Arithmiks' social presence across key platforms.
Create copy that non-technical founders can follow without losing detail.
Maintain a content calendar aligned with shipping work.
