We are looking for a highly motivated Teamlead to join our fast-growing company in Gujrat India As the Teamlead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks within the assigned timeline This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professionals providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure high-quality work output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and plans to achieve project goals
• Monitor team performance and productivity identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Manage project budgets and timelines ensuring all deliverables are completed within the assigned timeframe
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns
• Develop training programs and resources for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred
