Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees in our Karachi office. Your main duties will include creating work schedules, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues that arise within the team.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. You must also have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

In addition to a competitive salary of $1800 per month, we also offer accommodation for our employees. Please note that having a biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.
