Qualifications

• Max 5 years drafting experience in a design consultancy.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting skills for building projects.
• Experience working directly under or with a Structural Engineer.
• Familiarity with Architectural, MEP and Firefighting drawings.
• Able to work independently.

Job Description

Arif Consulting Engineers is an Islamabad-based design consultancy firm providing design, construction supervision and project management services. The firm works mainly on residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use buildings, and civil engineering projects.

We are looking for a candidate who can prepare clear and accurate structural drawings in digital format. The role involves regular coordination with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

The candidate must ensure all files are safely stored and easy to access, while maintaining compliance with established drawing office procedures and quality standards. You will also be required to keep your supervisor informed of daily progress, challenges, or delays.

Job Specification

Maximum 5 years of drafting experience with a design consultancy firm, including preparing submission drawings

• Strong drafting skills for building projects with high proficiency in AutoCAD
• Prior experience working directly under or with a Structural Engineer
• Good understanding of structural terms and building codes
• Ability to coordinate with other staff members regarding drawings
• Familiarity with Architectural, MEP and Firefighting drawings
• Able to work independently
