Job summary

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) invites online applications for the post of Director Procurement. The role requires MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance and a minimum of 15 years in procurement and supply chain management, including 5 years in health sector projects or public sector work.

Strong ERP experience with SAP/Oracle is mandatory; leadership, negotiation, and reporting skills are essential. Candidates with PPP health project exposure will be preferred.

Qualifications

MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Including at least 5 years managing procurement activities for health sector projects, hospitals, or public sector organizations.
Certification in the relevant field preferred.
Knowledge of KP Public Procurement regulatory framework, contracts, and financial regulations.
Hands-on experience with ERP-based procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is mandatory.
Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, report writing, and communication skills.
Preference for candidates with PPP health sector project experience.
