Job summary

PTCL Group is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to align corporate strategy with the company’s financial and group goals. You will benchmark performance, review KPIs, and shape strategic initiatives with senior management.

You will prepare financial plans for strategic projects, provide advisory support to the CEO Office, drive milestones, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from reputable business school.
• 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong competencies in Strategic Planning, FP&A, and Financial Modeling.
• Ability to provide advisory support to senior management and the CEO Office.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark company performance against regional and competitive players.
• Review KPIs and assess impact on growth.
• Prepare financial plans and business cases for strategically important projects.
• Provide strategic advisory support to senior management and the CEO Office.
• Drive project milestones, stakeholder engagement, and timely completion of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables and communicate the strategy roadmap.
