Job summary

Habib Bank AG Zurich seeks a Manager to support strategic governance and initiatives within Group Risk. The role coordinates across Governance, Regulatory, and Transformation agendas, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive execution and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in governance, internal audit or regulatory compliance, a strong analytics mindset, and the ability to influence across Risk, Technology and Operations. This is a senior coordination role with enterprise exposure.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in governance, internal audit, regulatory compliance or PMO/transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, risk management, law or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of departmental strategy, objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives and management commitments.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and management reports.
• Coordinate governance activities relating to the Board and other forums.
• Support regulatory readiness, audits and supervisory coordination.
• Coordinate governance documentation and policy updates.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations.
