Job summary

HR Ways in Karachi is seeking an Accounts Manager to lead daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and ensure statutory compliance. You will supervise junior staff and provide management reports to guide decisions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel and ERP software is essential. Office hours are 09:00–17:30, Monday to Saturday in Korangi Creek, Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CMA – preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, payables, and other financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and review tax-related documentation and statutory compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies or risks.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
