• Strong UAE work experience and knowledge of UAE financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA preferred.

aG Resources is looking for an experienced Statutory Reporting Manager with strong UAE work experience and expertise in statutory financial reporting, financial statement preparation, regulatory compliance, and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE statutory reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage statutory audit processes.
• Review general ledger accounts, reconciliations, financial disclosures, and reporting schedules.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Improve reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and guide finance team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in statutory reporting, financial accounting, external audit, or financial compliance.
• Mandatory UAE work experience with strong knowledge of UAE financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in external audit coordination and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
