Job summary

Staunch is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Principal to own projects end-to-end, from requirements to delivery and post-release support. You will lead client communications and collaborate with teams to translate client vision into actionable technical outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in software development, strong MVC framework experience (Rails/Node.js), and the ability to mentor team members while maintaining code quality and scalability in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development, including senior roles.
• Strong experience in MVC-based frameworks, preferably Ruby on Rails or Node.js.
• Hands-on involvement in client communication and team coordination.
• Strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor and guide team members.

Requirements
