Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for a creative and driven Motion Designer In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end video production process—from conceptualization and storyboarding to final editing and animation. You will closely collaborate with other designers within the marketing team to produce high-impact visual content across digital, social, and offline channels while maintaining strict brand consistency. produce compelling video content across all channels (advertising, marketing, social etc.).

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production: Independently conceptualize, storyboard, design, and animate high-quality video content from scratch for advertising, social media, and brand campaigns.

Storytelling & Strategy: Edit video assets with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and marketing strategy to drive viewer engagement.

Brand Custodian: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, visual style, and tone of voice across all video deliverables.

Process & Infrastructure: Develop and optimize design templates, asset libraries, and video workflows to improve team efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content writers, performance marketers, and fellow designers to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual narratives.

Project Management: Balance multiple projects simultaneously, self-manage timelines for revisions, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or a creative agency environment.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Film/Media Production, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
  
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Adobe InDesign, XD, Cinema 4D, or UI/UX motion prototyping is a major plus.
  
• Autonomy: Proven ability to take creative direction from the Creative Director and execute it independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Feedback Resilience: Ability to handle constructive criticism professionally and pivot quickly based on changing feedback.
