Job description

The Lead for Stock Retail orders Projects is responsible for the end-to-end planning, monitoring, and execution of Kitchen, Doors, and Wardrobe (KDW) and retail projects. This role encompasses project planning, order fulfillment, production follow-up, and dispatch management, with a focus on meeting delivery timelines and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the Lead will provide exception reporting and insights to enhance project performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor open production orders from Order booking till readiness specifically aligning dispatch requirement with sales team.
  • Monitor open IPNS report for new IPNs, open customer orders report for client’s stock requirement, make production plan based on stock requirement from stock team, open IPNs and WIP.
  • Develop, maintain and implement comprehensive production plan for stock based projects in production planning module and trackers including timelines for material requirement (considering loading capacity), production and readiness for dispatches (in case dispatch is staggered in a project).
  • Resolve challenges related to design or material in coordination with Design/MRP/Sales that appears during the production process.
  • Coordinate with production teams to monitor and ensure adherence of committed timelines of ongoing projects and IPNs according to the plan and highlighting and addressing any bottlenecks in processes or materials that could potentially cause a delay in an IPN.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Stock team (proactively communicate exceptions to sales) for old open orders & IPNs till sales order & IPN closure by fulfilling the requirement of manufactured & imported finished goods appliances, accessories or hardware.
  • Develop monthly dispatch plan considering non-stock production plan, stock & imported items.
  • Monitor and update the dispatch plan considering contribution from production for both stock & non-Stock, imported and local items.
  • Oversee dispatch activities to ensure timely and quality-compliant delivery of completed projects to clients.
  • Generate regular reports on project progress and exceptions, highlighting areas needing attention and suggesting corrective actions.
