Job summary

JazzWorld in Islamabad is seeking a Specialist Inventory, Budgeting & Projects to lead transport planning for the IP Network and manage budgeting, capitalization and inventory controls. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Technology, Procurement and SCM teams.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage ERP-based invoicing and payments, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and PTA regulations while driving network optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• BSc in Finance & Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience with stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport planning for IP Network, including MPBN, Enterprise and Internet Gateway networks.
• Prepare and verify HLD/LLD; own network design and vendor coordination.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets; forecast budgets for projects.
• Manage capitalization, asset lifecycle and inventory controls.
• Coordinate PRs, POs, invoicing and payments in ERP systems.
• Support business case approvals, financial reporting and month-end capitalization.

As Specialist Inventory, Budgeting & Projects, you will be responsible for transport planning activities for the IP Network, which includes MPBN, Enterprise and Internet Gateway networks. You will report directly to the Manager Transport Planning, Carrier, Enterprise & IP.

You will bring together network design, vendor coordination, departmental finances and project management. This is a role for a self-motivated person who works well under pressure with stretched timelines and takes the initiative on network optimizations.

What you'll own

• Lead transport planning activities for the IP Network, including MPBN, Enterprise and Internet Gateway networks.
• Prepare and verify HLD/LLD, own network design and documentation, and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, track budget utilization and forecast budgets for upcoming projects.
• Manage capitalization, asset lifecycle and inventory controls, including Stock Turnover Ratio (STR) and asset disposals.
• Coordinate Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing and payment processes within ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
• Support business case approvals, financial reporting and month-end capitalization activities.
• Work with Finance, Technology, Procurement, SCM, Projects and external vendors, managing projects and driving network optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, TIA standards, PTA regulations, CTDISR requirements and internal audit frameworks.

What success looks like

• Budgets are tracked and forecast accurately, with CAPEX and OPEX utilization under control.
• Inventory and assets are managed with strong controls and timely capitalization.
• PRs, POs, invoicing and payments move smoothly through the ERP.
• Projects and network designs are delivered on time with clear documentation.
• Compliance requirements and audit frameworks are consistently met.
