Job description

We are seeking a Backend Developer who will be responsible for building and customizing enterprisebusiness management software across core business workflows. Your primary rolewill involve translating requirements into working features using a Python-basedframework, while taking real ownership of deliverables from day one. You willcollaborate with team members to understand project needs and contributemeaningfully to technical decisions. Additionally, you will participate in codereviews to uphold code quality and work alongside senior developers to ensuresolutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Job Responsibility:

Develop and customizebusiness application features and workflow

Write clean, maintainableserver-side code in Python

• Work with relationaldatabases (PostgreSQL) queries and schema changes
  
• Develop and consume REST APIsfor third-party integrations
  
• Debug client-reported issues,trace root causes, and ship tested fixes
  
• Document your customizationsclearly
  
• Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and dailystand-ups
  

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or a related field.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience (or equivalent practical experience) Core Skills:

• SQL/PostgreSQL (Comfortable writing queriesand joins)
  
• Git (Branching, pull requests,collaborative workflows)
  
• Familiarity with aPython-based web or ERP framework (Django, Flask, or similar MVC/MVT pattern)

Exposure to Any of These Is a Plus:

• XML/HTML and templatingengines (QWeb or similar)
  
• REST API design andintegration
  
• AI-assisted coding tools(Antigravity, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Basic DevOps/CI-CD (Docker,GitHub Actions)
• Multi-company ormulti-currency application awareness
