Your Team's Impact

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III with strong expertise in C++ and basic Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on developing and maintaining scalable systems, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with global teams in a Windows-based environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain, enhance, and resolve issues in existing C++ and Python components.
• Design and develop new features, performance improvements, and refactor existing systems.
• Perform peer code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members on best coding and design practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira.
• Follow test‑driven development and ensure high‑quality, well‑tested code delivery.
• Work on database‑related development tasks involving SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Participate in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Create and review technical documentation, test cases, and deployment procedures.
• Estimate effort for assigned tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively in daily standups and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of features across components.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of total experience in software development, with strong expertise in C++ and basic Python.
• Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming and Design Patterns. Proficiency with SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands‑on experience working in Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Git‑based workflows and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a distributed team setup.
• Self‑driven and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience integrating C++ components with Python.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation in Windows (PowerShell, batch scripts, etc.).
• Experience in performance optimisation systems.
