Software Engineer

Remote (Pakistan) Full-Time

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Go
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Fintech, payments, or LLM/agent experience is a big plus

Software Engineer Intern

Remote (Pakistan) 3–6 Months

Work directly alongside our engineering team on real features that ship. You won't be making slides — you'll be writing code that runs in production for real businesses from week one.

• Currently pursuing a CS/CE/Software Engineering degree
• Comfortable in at least one programming language
• Familiar with basic web development concepts
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn fast
• Personal projects or GitHub portfolio is a strong plus

Karachi / Islamabad Full-Time

You'll be on the ground driving adoption — visiting shops and restaurants, building partnerships, and designing the playbook that takes Asaan from hundreds of customers to tens of thousands.

• 1+ years of sales, BD, or account management experience
• Fluent in Urdu and English — strong communicator
• Deep understanding of Pakistan's SME/retail landscape
• Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding
• Prior fintech or startup experience is a plus

Support the growth team in outreach, market research, and campaign execution. You'll get hands-on startup experience and learn how fintech and AI products get off the ground.

• Pursuing a Business, Marketing, or Finance degree
• Excellent communication in Urdu and English
• Comfortable with outreach, cold calls, and hustleGenuine interest in fintech and Pakistan's startup scene
• Prior sales or marketing experience is a bonus
