Sectem is seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging short- and long-form videos for internal and client channels. You will work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure content is on-brand and optimized for social performance.

You will edit Reels, TikToks, and multi-format videos, add motion graphics and captions, and maintain efficient workflows across multiple client accounts. A strong portfolio demonstrating social-friendly edits is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1.5+ years of video editing experience, ideally including social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects a plus.
• Strong understanding of pacing, retention hooks, and short-form video structure for social platforms.

Aufgaben

• Edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Instagram/Facebook) optimized for retention and engagement.
• Edit longer-form videos: brand videos, client testimonials, and process content.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, sound design, and color correction to raw footage.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to maintain consistent visual branding across video and static content.
• Stay current on trending audio, transitions, and short-form formats, and apply them to client content.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files and version control.
• Turn around quick edits for time-sensitive social content.
• Work with SEO/marketing teams to optimize videos for each platform (aspect ratio, captions, length).
