Qualifications

• M.Phil in Education is required or currently enrolled.
• Academic degree in Social Sciences such as History, Sociology, Geography, Political Science or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Teach using innovative, student-centered teaching strategies.
• Develop course outlines, schemes of work, lesson plans, and classroom materials with fellow faculty.
• Participate in professional development, lesson observations, and peer feedback.
• Support administrative activities, faculty committees, and academic departments.
• Organize conferences, guest lectures, and other outreach activities.
• Conduct scholarly research and contribute to publications, conferences, and workshops.
• Serve on campus committees and advise student organizations.
• Supervise and mentor students during teaching practice, including school-based observations and feedback.
• Participate in institutional events and other faculty responsibilities during the working week.
