Raqbah Properties is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media presence and develop strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, campaign management, and performance analysis across all major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to promote real estate projects.


• Manage daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


• Create and supervise social media content including posts, reels, and stories.


• Run paid ad campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms.


• Monitor page insights, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.


• Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.


• Stay updated with social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.


• Respond to customer queries and comments in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in social media management (real estate or agency experience preferred).


• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.


• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Urdu.
