Social Media Manager- Onsite (Lahore)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our brands social presence from strategy to execution. This is an in-house role where you’ll plan, create, and manage content across major platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Instagram and Facebook to start and later will include other platforms as required).
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar that outlines planned posts, campaigns, and themes.
- Create visually appealing content using Canva (graphics, carousels, short videos, reels, stories).
- Write engaging captions and social copy that align with our brand voice.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
- Monitor and engage with our audience by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Suggest creative ideas such as contests, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to boost engagement.
- Occasionally work with influencers and manage collaborations.
- Maintain and update company social media guidelines, templates, and processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in social media management (preferably managing a brand in‑house).
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, (TikTok is a plus).
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation (mandatory).
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Understanding of social media ads and geo‑targeting techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for social media performance.
- A creative eye for design and strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Good understanding of overall digital marketing principles.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Basic video editing skills for reels and short‑form videos.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.

Timings: 10 am to 7pm - Mon to Fri (Hybrid)
